Important Dates: Last day of Fall quarter & grades due
- Today, Wednesday December 2nd, is the last day of instruction for ALL fall 09 shared courses.
- Fall WAOL grades for ALL shared courses are due next Monday, December 7th by midnight in order to ensure students grades are forwarded to their college.
- Student access to their ANGEL account and fall classrooms will be turned off on Wednesday, December 9th.
Please note: Fall course grades will need to be entered through instructors OLD waol_accounts to access the fall student rosters, and not the new EID account. After fall quarter you will not need to use the old waol_accounts (they will be disabled completely), everything will then be done through your EID accounts, but since the EID change over was during the quarter we have to leave those waol_accounts open so instructors can submit their fall grades.
Any grade changes made after December 7th must be sent to: Monique Kovalenko (mkovalenko@sbctc.edu) and Brook Bane (bbane@sbctc.edu) who will then update and forward these along to the appropriate college.

Assigning an Incomplete Grade in a WAOL course….If you choose to give a student an Incomplete grade
1. Assign an “I” grade to the student at the end of the quarter.
2. Determine with the student what work remains to be completed
3. If the student will need access to your classroom in order to complete the work, please work with your eLearning Coordinator to let the WAOL staff know which classroom you want the student to use.
4. WAOL will put the student in your classroom at no additional charge to the student.
5. When the student has completed the work, send the new grade to Brook Bane (bbane@sbctc.edu) or Monique Kovalenko (mkovalenko@sbctc.edu) , and we will correct the student’s record.
