Fix for Missing ANGEL Accounts

Audience: ANGEL administrators

Problem: Since the 7.4 upgrade we’ve seen a number of new student and faculty accounts created in ANGEL that weren’t visible to the eLearning admins.

Fix:  ANGEL has applied a fix to our servers.  The integration systems are now able to correctly place accounts in the ANGEL 7.4 Institutional Directory.

What does this mean?  Any new accounts created by the WAOL or SMS-ANGEL Integration will be visible to the ANGEL administrators at each campus.

Residual problems:  Are you, as an ANGEL administrator, not able to see accounts that you know exist in ANGEL?  Send one or more SID/EIDs and your college code (P010, etc.) to WAOL support staff.  For most schools they’ll be able to use a batch process to quickly correct the visibility of all missing accounts.
