WAOL ANGEL Performance Update
Audience: ANGEL users
Problem: Intermittent slowness and reauthentication errors for some users.
Fix: Continuing to gather information and troubleshoot
What does this mean? ANGEL increased WAOL ANGEL from 20 servers to 40. ANGEL customer service rep is rechecking our installation for problems. Network administrators in our system are looking for problems between our users and ANGEL. Instructors are asked to edit or remove announcements over 8000 characters since they slow performance. Please continue to report slowness with as much detail as possible, including trace routes and time of day.
