Shared Courses: Winter Quarter ends today, grades due Monday
Audience: Instructors Who Are Teaching SHARED Courses Only
- Today, Wednesday March 17th, is the last day of instruction for ALL Winter 10 shared courses.
- Winter WAOL grades for ALL shared courses are due next Monday, March 22nd by midnight in order to ensure students grades are forwarded to their college.
- Student access to their ANGEL account and winter classrooms will be turned off on Wednesday, March 24th.
Any grade changes made after March 22nd must be sent to: Monique Kovalenko (mkovalenko@sbctc.edu) who will then update and forward these along to the appropriate college.

Reminder: Choose Your College to Log into WAOL ANGEL
Audience: All WAOL ANGEL Users
What’s New: If you have an account in WAOL ANGEL, you can now only log in through the college where you are enrolled or where you work. This change will allow each college to manage and communicate with its own faculty and students using ANGEL.
What does this mean? If you are logging in from your college web site, you are probably already using your college’s URL. If you have been logging in from the WAOL web site, you now need to choose your college from the drop-down menu first. Then you can log into your college domain as usual.
If you are taking classes or teaching classes for more than one college, you will need to log in to each college separately.

Spring 2010 ITT Deadline – WAOL Shared Courses Only
Audience: eLearning coordinators and faculty
Notice: The deadline for approved Intent to Teach forms for faculty who plan on teaching any WAOL system-owned shared course spring quarter is next Wednesday, March 10th.
A few points:
- We will start assigning the WAOL shared course sections based on seniority and approved ITT forms on Thursday, March 11th.
- If we do not get the ITT’s for WAOL system-owned shared courses submitted and approved by the deadline then those instructors will go to the bottom of the list of instructors teaching spring quarter.

Instructions to add Site24x7 monitoring to your domain or web site
Audience: WAOL ANGEL administrators
Two weeks ago WAOL added Site24x7 monitoring to WAOL ANGEL. The uptime indicator is on waol.org and on the WAOL domain in WAOL ANGEL.
If you want to add the uptime indicator to your web site or domain, the instructions and code are posted on the WAOL Administrator Resources page—it’s the last item under Setting Up Your ANGEL Domain.
