WAOL System-owned Shared Course ITT Deadline – Thursday, August 26th
The deadline for approved Intent to Teach forms for faculty who plan on teaching any WAOL system-owned shared course fall quarter is next Thursday, August 26th. So instructors who have not yet sent in an ITT and planned on teaching a system-owned shared course for fall 2010 must have those in and approved by your ELC no later than next Thursday. I will start assigning the WAOL shared course sections based on seniority and approved ITT forms on Friday, August 27th.
Please remember that if you do not get your ITT submitted and approved by the deadline that your name will go to the bottom of the list of instructors teaching fall quarter.
Su10 Instruction Ends Wednesday, 8/18 for ALL Shared Courses – Shared Grades Due 8/23/10
Wednesday August 18th, is the last day of instruction for ALL summer 2010 shared courses. Summer WAOL grades for ALL shared courses are due the following Monday, August 23rd by midnight in order to ensure student’s grades are forwarded to their enrolling colleges. Student access to their ANGEL summer classrooms will be turned off on Wednesday, August 25th.
WAOL Web Grading –
Grades are collected from instructor rosters in their “MyWAOL” EID accounts, and you must now have that nugget added to your ANGEL homepage to be able to access your account. If you have not yet added this link to your ANGEL homepage please do so right away. You can find instructions on doing this on the waol blog: http://blog.waol.org/
WAOL Web Grading will be used rather than Instructor Briefcase to assign grades to students enrolled in any waol shared courses. Grades may be entered up until Monday, August 23rd, after which WAOL Web Grading will be turned off.
