Note:  Due to weather conditions and several colleges being closed, we have moved the WAOL 10th day count to Monday, January 23rd. Hopefully this date will work for everyone, and will be enough time to process any drops that may have not been done yet.

Notice: Several colleges have reported that they are unable to access the LNS environment at OB2.

There appears to be an infrastructure problem related to power that is potentially impacting several sites (including OB2) in that region

Some college may be directly impacted.  Others may not be able to reach the LnS Environment

Staff are working with K20 to get the issue resolved

What: How to upgrade to Blackboard (Bb) Collaborate v11

Note: Scott Dennis has created a document on how to use and upgrade Bb Collaborate (formally Elluminate). Blackboard has upgraded the user interface to make navigate easier and the basic overall look and feel is improved. There are no core changes to the product so no additional training will be required.
