The WAOL.org website will be offline for maintenance Tuesday (tomorrow) evening from roughly 7:00pm to 7:30pm.

WAOL System-owned Shared Course ITT Deadline – Thursday, August 26th
The deadline for approved Intent to Teach forms for faculty who plan on teaching any WAOL system-owned shared course fall quarter is next Thursday, August 26th. So instructors who have not yet sent in an ITT and planned on teaching a system-owned shared course for fall 2010 must have those in and approved by your ELC no later than next Thursday. I will start assigning the WAOL shared course sections based on seniority and approved ITT forms on Friday, August 27th.
Please remember that if you do not get your ITT submitted and approved by the deadline that your name will go to the bottom of the list of instructors teaching fall quarter.

- We will ask Elluminate to bulk upgrade existing rooms after our upgrade to Elluminate v10 on Saturday
- Call Presidium to get end user support; for admin support, call Elluminate
- LMC Summit on Monday, August 9 at State Board office in Olympia. Please register now. Anyone welcome
- New MyWAOL nugget so faculty do not have to log into MyWAOL AND ANGEL
- Streaming media server under development

WAOL Summer 2010 Enrollment Opens Today – 4/28/10
Enrollment for summer quarter 2010 opens today, Wednesday April 28th. Please be sure to remind faculty to submit their ITT’s if they have not done so yet. Students will not be able to register for a course until we receive the approved ITT from the ELC, so be sure to check for new incoming ITT’s so those can get approved and sent in to WAOL so we can get those into the system for registration. Thank you!
